If the principles of diversity and teamwork were bricks and mortar, Rita B. Craig, SPHR, President and
visionary founder of Top Tier Leadership, could have built a skyscraper by now. Born and raised in Miami, FL, Rita was the seventh of 11 kids. She began learning fundamental building blocks of business leadership at a very young age. In fact, her prodigious and successful career in the Human Resources field to date can be attributed to Rita's innate sense of integrity, mutual respect and her passion for helping others.
Growing up amongst 10 brothers and sisters, loving parents and a sagacious grandmother, Rita learned from a young age to appreciate diversity. After earning a Master's Degree in Business from Nova University and attending the Columbia University HR Program for continued education, Rita B. Craig has truly become a shining star and leader within her industry.

Fortune 50 to 500 companies in the United States, Canada, Europe, China, Singapore and Latin America have capitalized on Rita’s ability to swiftly drill down to identify issues, engage stakeholders and create positive change solutions. She has developed and implemented hundreds of customized strategies for clients around the globe on such topics as leadership, ethics, personal success and organizational effectiveness.
A master in the art of listening and communicating, no two clients, keynote addresses or coaching sessions are ever the same for Ms. Craig. Each is treated with a unique, personal approach to fit the client’s needs. For example, Ms. Craig designed a coaching and diversity program specifically for a client, which is now being used across its global network. In addition, her ability to connect with each client to provide relevant content and measurable results rewards her with consistent top ratings from attendees around the world.
She has been honored with two gubernatorial appointments. In 1999, Ms. Craig was one of 12 individuals appointed to serve on the Florida Commission on Human Relations where her peers elected her to serve as chair for nearly six of her eight years of service. In 2009, she was appointed to serve on the Century Commission for a Sustainable Florida with the mission of envisioning Florida’s future.

Ms. Craig earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Barry University and her master’s degree in business administration with a specialty in Human Resources from Nova University. Ms. Craig has also completed extensive coursework in Columbia University’s management program.
A Florida native, Ms. Craig lives in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
