Prior to joining Top Tier Leadership, M.C. Dees was a corporate training instructor with a Fortune 500 company. M.C. specialized in lesson plan development and instruction for customer service. She has served on several committees which include:

• Community Volunteer Corp Coordinator

• United Way Angel Tree Coordinator

• Junior Achievement Coordinator/Volunteer

Not only does M.C. enjoy her position at Top Tier Leadership, she stays busy as a parent volunteer for her 3 teenage children’s sports activities: High School Varsity Lacrosse, High School Varsity Cheerleading, and Middle School Baseball.

M.C. attended both Florida State University and the University of South Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications in 1989. She has been married to William for the past 21 years and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
